Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and mentor our existing team to deliver on service excellence each and every time.

The Position

  • Provide leadership and be part of the customer service team

  • Implement service policies to deliver maximum customer satisfaction

  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures to exceed customer expectations

  • Develop and monitor KPI's for the measurement of the team activities

  • Manage staffing levels and hours to ensure standards are met

  • Develop and implement appropriate training for staff

  • Long-term employment in a continuously growing organisation

  • The opportunity to join a close-knit and friendly team

The Candidate


The successful applicant will have proven experience ideally from the engineering / distribution industry, dealing with both resellers and end users and will display the following:


  • 3-5 years of customer service and team management experience

  • Ability to motivate and coach to achieve strategic goals

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with excellent interpersonal skills

  • The ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.

  • Strong people management skills including performance management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and ERP software


Salary commensurate with experience.
